As a foreigner I went to the medical branch for some medical tests recommended by my job company before starting the job. It was 9th of January 2026 after 14:00. The receptionist didn't give me a chance to complete my tests for that I don't know Russian language. I said her "I am able to use my phone translator, I have already completed a lot tasks in Russia without Language. Now, we're conversing with one another by using translator." But she answered me, just not possible because they don't understand English even doctor also. I need a translator person for these tests. I request her, wait there, but finally returned. Next day I went to the same medical name but other location at petergof, Saint Petersburg. They never asked me that language problem, they were really helpful and also respected staff and doctors. Same hospital at other location had different behaviour.

Проходила медосмотр в этом центре по направлению. Все прошло быстро и оперативно, без очередей. Особенно хочется отметить Профессионализм врача - гинеколога Лазаревой Людмилы Николаевны. Это очень грамотный Специалист и Профессионал своего дела. Внимательно все посмотрела, сказала да же то, о чем я и не предполагала, и не знала. Отличная клиника, все очень быстро делают! Нужна была справка для смены в/у, приехал в воскресенье в 14, очередей нет совсем, перед мной был 1 человек. В регистратуре добрые и вежливые девушки все заполнили и объяснили. Удобно что можно сразу получит справку от нарколога и психиатра. На все вместе ушло около 40 минут, остался очень доволен сервисом.
