I was blacklisted at Çamlıca Medipol Hospital (istanbul).
I took my 4-year-old child who got sick to the above-mentioned hospital contracted with my Allianz Complementary health insurance at around 20:00 on 20.02.2025 for treatment. My child, whom I took with a high fever, was not taken from the emergency department and was referred to a normal outpatient clinic. Here, my child was given a serum and his tests were performed. After the treatment procedures were completed, the hospital asked us for an excessive fee for the serum. When we stated that we had performed the procedure in the same hospital as defayet before and that this was the first time we had encountered such an application, a person named Tuncay October, the hospital operator, threatened us. I will never let you into medipol hospitals again in any way, I am putting you on a blacklist, he made threats saying that you will not be able to have a free examination in any way from now on.

The hospital is very small compared to other medipols, you have difficulty finding space in the parking lot. The elevators are always fully loaded.
