My wife went for an ultrasound. She was also forced to consult (of course not for free). They said things that made me come in tears. We went to a regular clinic. It turned out to be nothing terrible. My opinion is either the low competence of their staff or a divorce for money. Or both.

Unfortunately, I was "lucky" to contact the wonderful Vemar clinic in order to find out about the presence of ovarian cysts. Based on personal experience and the experience of my "lucky" friends, I would like to assert that in this clinic, laymen "work" at an extreme level, it is quite possible that murderers are intruders, since the results of the examination in Vemar turn out to be extremely negative with enviable constancy in most of the "test subjects", doctors recommend urgently going to surgery because everything is catastrophically bad, you need to cut everything out, they scare you with a fatal outcome, etc. According to the conclusions of my examination for the presence of a cyst and the examination of my friend, the doctors (probably from the word lie) told Vemar that we would not have children and without surgery to remove the ovaries we would not last long. Perhaps they have kickbacks from operations?
But after undergoing similar examinations in other clinics, it turned out that everything was not so bad, and in refutation of their diagnosis, I gave birth to a wonderful son and the cyst disappeared. Dear women, if you still risked going to Vemar and received a naturally negative diagnosis, do not despair and get checked in other clinics! Try to avoid mediocrity and be healthy!
