The Medlans clinic in Tashkent left contradictory impressions. A great gastroenterologist is an attentive and highly qualified specialist who really helps to understand the problem. I was very pleased with the consultation. However, the waiting process at the clinic is a disaster. Yesterday, the system seemed to be working, but the very next day everything was in complete disarray. There is no transparency: it is unclear who goes next, in what order the patients are admitted. People are sitting waiting without clear explanations from the staff. It only causes irritation and wastes valuable time. The clinic could have been much better if it had established a clear queue system. I hope the management will pay attention to this.
