The service is terrible, since the doctors are not in the clinic at the time when the appointment time comes, the staff can never give at least some information, either about the appointment or about the opening hours. The doctors themselves are rude, and there is no desire to visit this institution again.

I called to find out about Laura, they said there was a live queue, they invited me. I arrived 40 minutes later, and the receptionist showed me the door, but it was empty. The doctor is gone, no one is there. They didn't apologize, just left in silence.
