I enrolled the child in a medical clinic at Logoysky tr1/1 . Soft bifocal lenses were needed. They explained that a doctor's consultation was needed to write a prescription and place an order. As a result, the administrator could not really explain how to find optics. Okay....found. We were 10 minutes late, but we waited another 10 minutes for the doctor, who was also late. Inspection...., we find out there are no such lenses to order. Okay, but it didn't work out to order either. They can't help us in any way. Why did I need a paid consultation without lenses? And a waste of time in 1 hour. I have now enrolled the child in the center. There is also a paid consultation waiting there. Disgusting (((, sorry for the time and wasted money.

We made an order with a defect in one lens (the boundaries of objects float), it is impossible to wear, glasses are now "gathering dust" on the shelf. They were made according to the prescription of an ophthalmologist of this optics and the frame was also bought here. Naturally, I would like to return it. And yes, I know that eyeglass lenses are non-refundable, but only if they are of proper quality. The impressions from the optics were disgusting.

Until 18.10.21, she was their regular customer. There was one little pleasant person working that day. I ordered a frame from them, with the help of a master (since the glasses I wore were ordered from them). And everything would be fine, and the frame was found. But here's the catch, the Master works until 17.00. We agreed that I would dial them in an hour and arrange a meeting. (When I made an order for the frame, they explained what to pick up in the opica where they served) where I used to make glasses for Independence. And then the bell rang, the frame arrived. I'm driving to Independence, they look at me with a dumbfounded look, And they say you need to go to the Logoi truck. At the same time, they call the Log and say why the person was sent. Since they have a good speaker in their phone, I heard everything word for word, they answer from the log. They say we agreed an hour in advance, but I allegedly haven't called yet, I'm waiting for my phone and showing it. That the phone conversation lasted about 45 seconds. As a result, we arrived at the Logoyka, expressed everything that I think, we think she said at least excuse me. No, they ask why, when to call, do not tell where (to what address to pick up, or change the frame), to which I was told that this was not her responsibility. But it didn't end there either. They started to give me glasses urgently, for which I naturally paid extra, (they are not responsible) so they also ruined my sticker, made a chip, the master is also the same as this one. No one has even changed. It's a shame, of course, the lens glass is very expensive. Because I have a complex Astegmatism. I will look for more decent Optics.
