I asked by phone if it was possible to get a manufacturer's warranty on the lenses and if there were any nuances (if a child's eyesight drops by 1 or more during the year while wearing these glasses, then lenses are provided free of charge according to a new prescription), I was told that there is a guarantee and for this it is only necessary to The prescription was prescribed by their doctor and the consultation schedule must be followed throughout the year. Upon arrival for the glasses selection (from another city, for a moment), it turned out that they could not guarantee my daughter's lenses, because she has a peculiarity of the eye structure and she cannot see full-fledged lenses with correction. There is no such information anywhere else, but the explanation was: "I was taught that way.". No supporting documents were provided. If there are any conditions specifically in your optics, you should be warned in advance, especially since that's exactly what you were asked!!! They also charged 40 rubles for the consultation, although in fact the service we came for (selecting and ordering glasses with Stellest lenses) was NOT provided! By the way, an order was placed in another optics with a manufacturer's warranty without any restrictions. Think a million times before contacting us!
