The most terrible service! On 04/22/24, the child was ordered glasses at the store on the ave. Independence 181. When they left an advance payment, they promised that the order would be completed within 2 weeks, after 2 weeks, they said that within 4 weeks, and after 4 weeks, a new version had already appeared that allegedly a wrong lens had arrived, and they sent it to the manufacturer. Moreover, they did not consider it necessary to notify the buyer. To the question of why they didn't notify us earlier, an interesting answer is that there were many holidays, they missed it. And the fact that the child has a headache from old glasses, because they no longer fit, is not interesting to anyone at all. A very irresponsible approach by all employees, including the management, because they spent the whole day thinking together what to answer me about the readiness of my order!
