We are waiting for the points of more than 14 workers! days. Although they promised 10-14 days. If you need glasses faster, I don't recommend it. Addition. We ordered glasses on 22.01, took them away on 20.02. A case and a napkin as a gift.

An unexpectedly large selection of frames. Excellent, polite, professionally trained staff. If you are late in time, they can wait for you. They always call back on the eve of receiving the order.I'm ordering glasses for the third time. At a price almost 2 times cheaper than many opticians. In terms of assortment, it even surpasses many. The quality is excellent. But besides the frames, there are not only accessories for glasses, but also other goods (bandages, devices for home use for medical and cosmetic purposes, and much more). It's not a very convenient location, but the pleasure of visiting is worth it.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. I put the children's glasses into repair, they said 3-4 days beforehand. At the end of the week, the glasses are not ready since the master went on vacation (they did not inform me about this, although they took a phone number for something) the question is why ????? According to the results, the deadlines were allegedly increased to 14 days (although 10 days have already passed) and I was informed about this only when I personally came. I want my glasses back, they don't return them. The answer is that the master is on vacation, the manager who took the glasses is also on vacation, there is such a feeling at the reception of an outsider (knows nothing). I wouldn't give 1 star to such optics. Complete deception, obscurity and an unnecessary problem. I do not advise anyone to contact such a service.
