We stayed at this hotel for the New Year holidays. We were satisfied... The hotel is located in Novaya Gagra, on the street where the local bus (minibus) runs from the central market to Staraya Gagra. The sea is 200 meters away through the alley. There are many shops and cafes nearby. The distance to the market is about 1600..1700 meters (minibus 50 rubles., stop "somewhere wherever possible", across the street from the hotel). If you go towards Staraya Gagra, you do not need to cross the road (the same minibus for the same 50 rubles, at the same "stop"). If you walk towards the market, pass through the central square, which starts from the Ferris wheel on the embankment. There will be a lot of interesting things along the way - where you can eat, drink coffee, just take pictures). The embankment is neat and clean (we were not used to the fact that the whole city is very clean, as if washed... I don't know, maybe it's winter, but after our streets were covered with salt and sand mixed with "just dirt".... it was very contrasting). The hotel is also very clean and cozy. The rooms are tidy, clean bed linen and towels. There is everything you need (including small "joints" of course :)). As we understand it, most of the rooms are designed for couples (the name "Honey" speaks for itself! ..), large double beds, shower, toilet... Each room has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV (many channels for every taste), and a hairdryer. Our room had a balcony, on the 4th floor, overlooking the sea. The only very conditional "inconvenience" is that there is no elevator. The staff is friendly and helpful. Any problems are solved through the administrator as quickly as possible. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the nearest airports and train stations. You can also arrange guided tours throughout Abkhazia through the administrator. Breakfast was included in the room rate. Breakfast was provided at the cafe "White Fig" on the embankment. It's a decent, delicious breakfast. The kitchen is decent, the chefs and staff are great. However, I had to take a little walk every morning ... In this cafe they celebrated the New Year in a big cheerful company - the evening was good, with local flavor and delicious cuisine. The hotel itself has a cafe on the 5th floor, but it is only open during the summer season. We liked the hotel, if we have the opportunity to come again, we will stay here.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2025. It's a terribly dirty room! I am attaching a photo. The spiders in all the photos are different. The hair on the floor, on the door handle, under the sofa, I didn't even take pictures out of shock. Dust is everywhere! The room is on the ground floor with a view of the fence. The humidity in the room is terrible, there is nowhere to dry things. They hung the swimsuit on the radiator in the toilet and after that the swimsuit had to be thrown away. They asked for a can opener and a spoon at the reception, to which they instructed me to go to a cafe on the 4th floor. The waiter-bartender there is very unpleasant. The child was poisoned by watermelon at breakfast. There aren't even proper changing rooms on the beach. And you have to pay separately for a chaise longue and even for an umbrella, there is nothing on the beach from the hotel. When we read the description of the hotel on their website and in VK, the pool was indicated, but there is NONE. The room cost us 6800 per day.... Well, it's a PPC, full, lived out that paid period and went to another hotel. I do not recommend it! It's just a waste of money! Don't spoil your experience by visiting this hotel.

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at the hotel, we lived nearby, but after dinners on the veranda we were delighted with the hotel and wanted to live there. Thank you very much for the excellent cuisine and service of the honeymoon. Very large portions for a pleasant price, we overeaten, and the view from the veranda is a separate paradise.
