On the one hand, I would like to say thank you for finding a splint of the right size and, in principle, ensuring its delivery and use. Definitely 5 stars for this.
Next, about the cons.
-1 star for the fact that the delivery of the splint took 2 days, although the delivery itself is not cheap (by Ya standards).Delivery or conditional Online Service).
-1 star for the fact that despite the early return of the splint (more than 2 weeks before the end of payment), no one bothered to inform that the courier would pick it up for the same cost as the delivery.
Not only was I not even offered a choice of options: to bring myself or send a courier, but they didn't even warn me that I had to pay the courier in cash (I had to borrow the child's pocket money). The courier arrived after 2-3 days comparable to the delivery, which indirectly indicates the loading of the service with orders.
It is really unpleasant that no one even thought to say thank you for the early refund, did not mention compensation, did not warn about the paid collection of the rental item. It feels like I've gone back 15-20 years in customer service, when even a positive review could only be left in a book of complaints and suggestions))
