It's a terrible office! We ordered delivery of goods for the baby from them, as they promised delivery on a day-to-day basis, but we needed it urgently (on Friday). After a while, they called back and said they couldn't bring it any day, but they promised to bring it the next day. As a result, they called on Saturday and said that they would not be able to deliver on Saturday and offered to postpone the delivery to Sunday, and it was not a fact that they would deliver. They offered to take the baby and go to the other side of the city in the cold and rain to pick up the goods or order another delivery for our money. Despite the fact that it was said that we need this product urgently! So we didn't wait for them, and on Saturday, the specialty stores for this product are almost all closed! the service is disgusting, I don't recommend it!
