Was 2 times. One review is positive, the other is negative. The first time I got to the surgeon Fedorov. An excellent doctor, both as a specialist and as a person: he served competently, politely and attentively. I removed the tooth professionally. The second time I came (for acute pain) to the therapist Parshuta V.O. It's the exact opposite! The treatment on her part is arrogant (and even mocking), the answers are meager, through her teeth, as if the patient personally owes her something. In terms of treatment. I didn't ask if the patient needed anesthesia, how he tolerates it, and what exactly to inject. I took a filled syringe and was ready to give an injection, well, I noticed it in time and immediately refused her service, for which I was showered with sharp questions and complaints in response. For what? - it's unclear, because it's my personal business how to treat me. I have not had any problems with any of the doctors on this issue before (in other polyclinics). Everything went well, no one died without anesthesia, neither the doctor nor I, the medicine and the temporary seal were laid, I hope, as it should be. However, this is not the way to treat patients. People are different: someone is calm, like an elephant, and someone may have a weak nervous system. And from such treatment, the patient may be even worse, because he already suffers pain and comes for help. And then, on the part of Victoria Olegovna, there were no exhaustive answers, elementary attention that a doctor should provide. She did not even schedule the next necessary appointment for the tooth treatment (fortunately, I have my own attending physician, to whom I simply could not get that day because of acute pain and his busy schedule). The doctor did not comment on the picture that was taken to me. And the last. When the doctor finishes his work, he must provide the registry with a list of the work done. This was not done. As a result, they wanted to take money from me for anesthesia, which they did not do to me. It's good that I guessed to say this, and this service was deducted from my bill. In general, this clinic did not please me. I will contact, if necessary, exclusively to the doctor Fedorov D.A. Thank him again for his work!

I called, made an appointment.
I came, they registered me for Prof. oral hygiene. I lay down in a chair and it started: the machine works every other time. Those teeth that are in excellent condition, just ran the tip over them (do not forget to include in the price). After going through all the teeth, they began to polish, periodically knocking on the teeth with the metal part of the drill, including the rotating part. Then the device like sandblasting was involved. After they washed everything and varnished it.
Goodbye, please come to the checkout. That'll be 145p. It's good that I went to the mirror and looked at what they had polished there. As a result, everything was redone from below, since the work was done poorly. Then they varnished everything again.
This procedure has been done to me more than 15 times in total, or even more, so I am aware of what should happen at the exit.
And then there was a feeling that they were just doing it "carelessly", just to do it faster and I would have left without disturbing the doctor to sit out the working day.
I understand that it's hard to find good shots, but damn... It's not a free appointment. For 20 minutes I pay 145 rubles and have the right to an excellent result, and not to "and so it will do."
