Unfortunately, I needed to have surgery, but luckily, I was sent to this amazing hospital. I am very grateful for their services provided. From the reception ladies to my fantastic surgeon, they were aware I only spoke English and made sure I was comfortable. The hospital rooms are very comfortable with your private bathroom and just big enough for visitors. I would defenetly recommend my surgeon Doctor Constantien who did an amazing job on the stitches and he has beautiful English. The food was pleasant and very healthy the best services I have had here in Moscows clinics.

Worst clinic EVER. Decided to use my insurance — what a MISTAKE. I had a SEVERE FEVER and requested a doctor early in the morning. They said he'd arrive by 9PM. NINE. AT. NIGHT. Okay, fine. Then in the middle of the day the doctor CALLS ME and casually suggests to cancel the visit — because he has other patients and there’s traffic. Traffic!!! What is this, Uber? He says he'll come around 7–8PM (which, mind you, is STILL before 9PM — congratulations on keeping your promises, I guess?). I said, NO PROBLEM, I’ll wait until 11PM if needed, I’m literally aching and burning up. And then — get this — he has the AUDACITY to say: "Well, I’m not really looking forward to it… had a long day… working hours, you know." EXCUSE ME??? You're a DOCTOR. On a house call. For a fever patient. If you’re tired — maybe don’t accept the call in the first place? Oh and of course — he took a PCR test for COVID, said the results would be sent “soon.” 24 HOURS LATER AND STILL NOTHING. They didn’t even bother to take down my email properly. I had to call 3892 departments, go through layers of robotic hell, just to send them an email like "hi, this is my email, where are my RESULTS." Truly the SLOWEST, most UNPROFESSIONAL service I’ve ever experienced. Nothing — and I mean NOTHING — Swiss about this so-called “clinic.” I’ve literally gotten faster, more competent help in state clinics. Yes, GOVERNMENT-RUN ones. Absolutely NEVER using this place again.
