When I arrived, everything was fine, and when I went into the haircut room, I was horrified. The equipment and atmosphere are terrible. I asked them to make my bangs up to the bridge of my nose, and they made them up to my eyebrows. Why should your employees say anything if they do everything exactly their own way. It was the first, the second. I asked to make a parting on two sides, as a result, they did everything on one side and told me "You'll fix it later." In general, this was the first and last time I came here. I'm not happy with the haircut. The staff needs to be changed, otherwise it's somehow not normal that they don't want to listen to customers. They took 18 rubles for disfiguring me, although it says on Yandex that up to 12 rubles.
