A wonderful hotel in the city of Kas, very convenient location, not on a noisy street with bars, but a little to the side with an excellent view of the bay. Parking is small, but there is always a place for hotel guests. The staff is responsive to our requests, thank you for your concern! There is a magnificent view of the sea from the room window or from the balcony. The rooms are small, but immaculately clean, comfortable wide beds. A breakfast restaurant with excellent panoramic sea views. The breakfasts are beyond praise!

The location is super, quiet, within walking distance from the bustling life. Although, everything in kasha is within walking distance))) there is a piece of the sea, equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, approx. The staff is friendly. The rooms are birdhouses, everything is very small, I had a deluxe suite with 2 balconies overlooking the sea, one balcony is at most 50 cm, the second is in the windows of a neighboring hotel, a bathroom of 2 sq m with a shower cabin. And there is no cleanliness in the rooms, alas. In short, I liked it, but next time I'll choose the next one, just in the windows of which my balcony rested))) View from the mini balcony)) It was amazing

Clean rooms, pleasant hosts, breakfast with sea view.. The only thing is, I would put extra mattresses or soft covers on the bed, it's a little harsh without them. I stayed for the second time. The rooms are small but have a balcony. Cleaning was done every day as long as you didn't want it to be satisfactory. There was no problem with the air conditioner. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. The beach was renovated very convenient after the last time I went. Everything we ate at the beach was delicious, the cocktails we drank were beautiful. We were pleased with the overall understanding. Like many kas hotels, I think the problem is that the elevator is not inside the building. It is difficult to get to the upper floors.

You can negotiate a discount on a repeat visit (we were given a room 2 times more expensive instead of ours when we asked for a discount on a repeat check-in) the restaurant is downstairs for 4.
