Two stars for the staff and for the area.
The staff is nice, responsive. The owner himself (Arsen, it seems) is a cad, not a conscientious person, you can't rely on him!!! (You will correspond with him in vacap)
The hotel is so-so. You will have to knock out everything yourself and contact us for all questions. We had overbooking twice. Think hard before booking it.
We agreed on a late check-in, paid for a day to check in, upon arrival it turned out that we had to go to another area altogether to the second branch of Medusa.
Night, an unfamiliar city, a point on the map without specifying the house number, etc. In short, there was stress. We settled in for a long time, since Grandfather Mehmed speaks only Turkish + Arsen was called for an hour.
Then we were moved to the right branch of the hotel, but even there we had to wait an hour and a half until the room was cleaned.
I understand everything, of course, overbooking, thirst for money, but if it were calmly explained and agreed, it would be possible. And so, Arsen shouted into the phone "you are cheap people!
