Магазин Обуви,, медведь,, купила в среду сапоги натур, замшевые, меряла в магазине девушка утверждала, что мех сядет и будет по ноге. Сегодня пришла обменять, не могла даже до лифта дойти, они мне вдвоём в 2голоса утверждают, что сапоги ношеные, прошло 2 дня, согласно ЗЗПП обязаны обменять, скандалить и ругаться я не стала, работать не умеют, грубые, отказали в претензии. Разочарована. Очень.
