I don't know why it's bearish. I haven't seen any bears, although there are other animals.
There are a lot of roads and beautiful landscapes. The place itself is the remains of a large Minsk landfill. 1/3 has already been built up by the private sector.

A beautiful place, especially in summer!
You can often meet interesting animals: roe deer, moose, motorcyclists ;-)
