At 17:28 I came to pick up the photos, a young man (with glasses) was standing in the girl's place.When asked to give me photos, the young man replied to me: "wait a minute." I stood for 2-3 minutes, I asked when I could pick it up, to which they replied: "Get in the general queue." As a result, I stood in line for 10 minutes and the young man took the photos from the table (that is, they were ready all the time and lay on his desk ) I took the photos at 17:42. I was late for all my transport and spoiled the mood for the evening.

I do not advise contacting this organization, they work so as not to work, I wanted to make an order for printing more than 20 mugs, I called earlier, everything will be fine when I arrived, they told me that this is a complex chemical process and they have 1 person working for this print, in the sense that they do not have enough time for this amount And I arrived 8 days before the date I needed. I asked how much can they do? at least what part, they told me they didn't have any mugs, then they explained that the master was busy. It feels like the same employee was sitting behind the wall where the girl went and refused the order in every possible way. I had a chance to contact this company twice to place an order. Both times turned out to be very sad. The first time we were billed for the service of 50 rubles, after which, a couple of days later, we received a call "oh, I counted you incorrectly, the total amount will be 100 rubles." My husband was trying to figure out how it turned out that the amount increased exactly twice in a couple of days, to which we never received an answer. As a result, we received fewer necessary photos for 60 rubles. Let's assume that we have "come to something average." At that moment, I just wanted to get photos faster, so this misunderstanding was not given much attention.
The most interesting thing was the second time. We needed to print some more photos. I went to the website to get acquainted with the price list and not get into an unpleasant situation again. A pop-up message appears on the website "that a 30% discount is provided when ordering printing through the application." I have installed the application, there is absolutely no information about the discount in the application itself. I decided to try to place an order. The order turned out to have a total amount without a discount, but it was possible to enter a promo code (which is also nowhere to be found). I decided to check with the staff about the terms of the promotion. I did not receive a response to messages in Viber at all (at the time of publication of the review - 4 days of complete disregard). I called the studio and got this answer to my question: "I do not have this information, I will clarify and call you back." 4 days have passed, and there is still no answer. My husband drove up to the studio to clarify. And even there, he received absolutely no information, since the employees do not know either the list of services provided or the price list at all.

They cheat, for the first time I printed on self-adhesive paper with lamination and cut on stickers for 7.20 rubles. At the same time, not all the stickers were cut out, they had to be cut manually. This time it was necessary to print 2 times less, laminate and cut, they said it would cost 25 rubles. Explaining this by the fact that supposedly you still need to pay for processing, allegedly it is needed in order to cut. Last time I didn't need it and everything was fine, but now we decided to invent some additional ones. Services.
At the same time, the previous time they were printed on a3 format for 7.2 rubles. And now on a4 for 25 rubles.
When asked to provide a list and cost of services provided, they were silent, and then they said look at the site, where nothing is said about cutting and additional. Processing.
I decided to leave a review on the site, it has not yet been published, but the rest are all positive, everyone praises them how well they did. CHEATERS IN MY OPINION.
