Amazing mall. Not much of a draw during the summer unless you need something from a store, but in winter it is a haven. They have kid play areas (leave your kid, observed for 30 minutes at a time, they will call you when the time is up and ask if you want more time), Shop in the grocery store (Galco, expensive but has options), walk through a CLEAN place, have an ok dinner in mall restaurants (or get hammered, they have pubs with bottle service too), but always a good time. If you come in a cab then there's always pickup. If you drive then just look for kiosks when you leave which will allow you to pay for parking/exit. They take cards, just know your license plate, put in the digits, and then tap or insert your card. Once paid you have about ten minutes to exit and the automated drop arms will open for you.

Biggest mall in Astana with numerous stores and entertainment. Not the top brands, some for sure (Hugo, Gant, Armani, Yes Style etc), but an extensive collection of choices for clothing, sports, jewellery, food, entertainment etc.

The architecture is a giant glass flower that shines in the sun during the day and is illuminated at night so that it can be seen from neighboring regions. What is impressive: — Dimensions. To get around all the floors, you need a plan, a compass and a snack. If you get lost, look for signs or follow the smell of fresh pastries — they will lead to the food court. — Shops. Zara, Gucci and Kazakhstani brands coexist so peacefully, as if at a UN summit. Prices range from "oh, cute" to "are you serious?!". — Entertainment. MEGA Silk Way is one of the largest and most modern shopping and entertainment centers in Astana. Very spacious, bright and conveniently located. There is everything here: clothing stores, cosmetics, appliances, cozy cafes, restaurants, as well as a large food court. I especially like that Mega is always clean, there are many places to relax and beautifully decorated areas — especially during the holidays. I often come here with friends: you can go for a walk, eat, and watch a movie. We are also pleased with the presence of a supermarket and pharmacies — everything is conveniently at hand. A separate plus is that the parking is large and convenient, and it's easy to navigate inside the mall, even if it's your first visit. It can be crowded sometimes, especially on weekends, but that's normal for a place like this. Overall, MEGA Silk Way is a great place for both shopping and relaxing.
