My assessment is not for the store, but for the staff. The friendly and kind staff has been here for a long time. Smiling girls. Today, on 11/30/2024, I ran into a terrible cashier at the checkout. The girl did not have a name tag, but had distinctive white dreadlocks. When I went to the checkout counter and greeted her first, she didn't even look up at me. Without asking about the discount card, she barely whispered: do I need a package? She announced the amount and threw the package almost in my face. I haven't seen such an attitude for a long time. Yes, it's second-hand, it's not a boutique. But in other stores of the chain, they are always kind to me. At least they say hello. This girl really messes up the feedback statistics. If someone is monitoring the reputation of the network, please chat and give instructions on how to communicate with customers in an acceptable way. It doesn't matter if they take a second hand, or a new heavy suite.
