The ruble exchange rate is much worse than the banks on the 1st floor. It is better to change in banks. There are two near the grocery store and in the center

The course is just a bottom. For 1 ruble they give 5.6 tenge. Even at the airport it's better (1p = 6tg).

A large shopping center, an extensive food court, and good security helped with orientation in the shopping center. I advise you to definitely visit if you are in Almaty.
