In short, the gym is top, the staff is generally a separate type of fitness motivation. I just came to get in shape, but I stayed because there's a really high atmosphere here: no pathos, everyone's on their own, and everything's on the case. Coaches are not just jocks with a plan, but really engaged guys who see when you're cheating with approaches. They will prompt, support, motivate — sometimes even with a joke, sometimes with a look that makes you want to squat to victory. And the girls in the audience… Well, you get it. I want to walk not only for the sake of the press, but also because aesthetics, as they say, should be everywhere. Both on the treadmill and at the dumbbells. In short, thanks to the gym team for the mood, the atmosphere, and generally the fact that sports have become a habit, not a duty. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

Cons: * The temperature in the hall in the autumn-winter period is about the same as on the street, there is really no heating, even in the locker rooms, and the greedy administration simply does not include air conditioners for warming up. And there is a part of the hall without any heating at all. A stable runny nose is provided for you. *There is always one can of water-diluted soap in the toilet and the cheapest toilet paper, which is more like sandpaper p2000. There is no hot air in the hand dryer. Thanks, the toilet was repaired a year later. * Part of the simulators with stretched cables, maintenance has not been performed for years. * There are no antiseptics in the training area. * No parking. Plus, there are coaches (in particular, one) who very busily gives advice to those who train themselves that they are doing everything wrong. At the same time, the coach's form, to put it mildly, is not the best. It is clear that he has experience, etc., but it is unpleasant when they begin to teach you and at the same time they still stick their training in. I want to leave right away.
