I ordered and paid for their website on 05/31/2024, they promised that within 10 days I would get a fully functioning website, as a result, they called all summer, imposed an advertising service on me (and I myself am very good at it, and refused) accordingly, it did not work out to strip me additionally, then Google ads had problems with the site, Google police began to point out errors when creating the site, bots were not registered so that Google could read the front page, that is, the site itself, then a certificate for the domain was required, but it turned out that the megagroups did not have it, as a result, the domain I I bought it from another company 5 months after the paid service for the website and domain. The employees of the megagroups are rude, and the director is Sardor, so it's egregious! As a result, I got a working website only in October 2024!!!! And when it came to paying for the maintenance of the site, Sardor refused, referring to the fact that I dared to complain to tech support more than two months ago!! There were no complaints, but only in March I asked for a recalculation! On October 15, 2024, tech support informed me that my website was archived!! There is confirmation of this in the form of a recording of the conversation, including from the technical support itself. That's probably why there were problems with Google) They never responded to my requests in May, tech support blocked my phone number, I only got through from a third-party, and they promised me that they would answer me, and of course they didn't. All the good reviews here are obviously hyped up, or the employees themselves are writing, and I have already met many victims of this company who had similar problems! I contacted the consumer protection service! They don't give you a check, they only give you a contract after you demand it from them.
