Due to the fault of their installer, he was left without Internet for two days, during which he was forced to guard their technicians, even the approximate time interval or day was not reported, the assurances that they would contact in advance and coordinate the time turned out to be a gross lie, no compensation or apology was received. It would seem much worse, but then they knocked from the bottom, due to a power surge, half of the city was left without Internet, they do not provide any specific information about the time of elimination, they lie every time even about their vague deadlines, technical support simply sends boilerplate answers, saying that they do not have accurate information, i.e. communication the company is missing as such, they promise some bonuses and recalculation, but, of course, without specifics, I am more than sure that they will also screw up with this, which will cause another wave of negativity. A week has passed since the accident, there is still no Internet and it is unknown when it will be.

Now he's turned off all of a sudden, and I have a working day. I called this office. I was told to just wait. They don't care about customers, they talk nonsense, they change the terms of the contract themselves without warning about it. Disgusting guys!
