The Internet is terrible. Of the stability, there are only interruptions. There is one answer to all questions: restart the router, everything is fine on our side, you have problems. Or you call them, you find yourself in line 50 or something, and when they pick up the phone, it's an automatic reset. You can't get through. I paid 1000₽ for 120 speed, but they gave me 60 at most. I switched to LDS, for the same amount they have a speed of not 120 but 200+ free TV. I do not regret that I left this unfortunate provider.

People have been sitting in the next doorway without Internet for more than a month, I have been sitting for the tenth day. Megalink says that until the roof is finished, they will not fix anything, because suddenly they will be crushed again.. At the same time, other providers restore the wires within one or two days and calmly arrive several times. In general, the guys don't hold on to the customers, the support feeds them with breakfast. The people from the next door have already managed to change the provider, and I myself am already in the process of changing.

Does Megalink make the choice of who to consider as the private sector at its discretion? So that you can "rip off" 890 rubles instead of 430 in the center of the city of Stakhanov? We connected at a tariff of 430 rubles, and the operator previously announced the same amount for our address. And then they "rechecked" and installed 890 rubles on their own. Question: apart from greed and fantasy, what regulates Megalink tariffs?

I do not recommend this provider on the territory of the LPR. They do what they want, tariffs are changed arbitrarily without warning, to a more expensive one than it was, and there is no such tariff when changing the tariff plan D120 for 790 rubles. The operators are boorish. We were without Internet for a week, although the request was left, a week later we received the answer "they couldn't reach you, so they didn't come." In fact, the wire from their equipment was cut, and it was also necessary to find the keys to the roof of the apartment building where their equipment was located. I believe that this work could have been done without waiting for the subscriber, if the company had respected its rating and customers. But that wasn't the end of it, the foreman who arrived said that it wasn't in his competence to change the cable, he needed to call another team, and wait another day. With this attitude, 2 requests were made, through the personal account, for recalculation of services, but the services were not recalculated. It's not acceptable, because the company's employees had to raise the "back ** y" and make repairs, and in case of late repairs, as written in the contract for more than 3 days, recalculate, and not wait for the subscriber's response, as it happens in the territory of "big" Russia!

The worst provider I've ever encountered is Megalink. The Internet is unstable, with regular outages for hours and even days. Support responds with indifference, troubleshooting deadlines are floating, and most often postponed. In my case, the connection was lost for several days, the operator accepted the request, but it was of no use — the master "found out" that the problem was common, only three days later. Of course, there is no question of compensation. In practice, the access speed does not match the stated speed — even on working days, banal sites may load with delays, streams and video calls are disrupted. You can forget about stable work with such an Internet. If you are only considering Megalink, I do not recommend it. And if you are already their client and you are facing similar problems, look for alternatives as soon as possible. Such a level of service is not just disrespect for users, but a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism.

The connection took about a week from the moment of the application. Since he turned out to be the first person interested in the services of this company on the street, they carried out a highway and installed a distributor. I chose the 300m tariff. I got the declared speed, but I used the service for literally a day and a half, since there was a breakdown. I left a request on the same day at about 14:00 (Sunday). They said that the manager will contact you soon. at the time of the breakdown (Tuesday), the manager had not been contacted. The master arrived and repaired it in just 10 minutes. It turned out there was a gap in the place of the wire soldering. 360 rubles were paid for this repair. A low-quality spike was already in the house, and all the problems with the Internet that are in the house are the fault of the subscriber. As for the support, they answer the phone very quickly. But in the telegram, I am waiting for a response to the appeal on the 4th day.

Today, this cad, I can't call him anything else, said: " I won't connect anything to you, and I can turn off the Internet altogether!" That is, how? I put the money in the account, they wrote it off and... and another "pearl" from him, to my question: "Why are you being rude to me? And after talking to the operator, I want to change the provider," he replied: " Change it, we have one more subscriber, one less.. " It's terrible, he doesn't value his job or the reputation of the company. If I used to recommend Megalink, and I was satisfied with the quality of the Internet, now, accordingly, I am not. It's a problem to get through, and when you get through, they're rude to you! I really want the management to teach the operators how to talk to subscribers.

Call center operators apparently that 100% are dialed according to the ad, one operator gives one information, on a second call, the second operator gives other information, the third generally moos into the phone and can't really say anything. They said that the day goes to process the application and the managers' response, tomorrow there will already be 3 days(((. As 4₽ was not enough to extend the monthly fee, they worked super quickly, instantly turned off the Internet, but how to figure out and help with replacing their own equipment, in which the blocks are constantly burning food, so why(((((, they are not interested in keeping their regular customers for a very long time (((, but it's a pity(((

I've been trying to get through for the second day! Today, I can't hear the call on hold all day, background music and a voice informing me about the position in the queue and gratitude for waiting! I reached the first position in the queue several times and nothing! I never got through! In general, money was taken for the services, the service was not provided, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through!!!! IMPOSSIBLE!!!! If you have increased the load on operators, increase their number. I have been using your services since 2011, everything has always been fine. Previously, if any issue arose, it was resolved very quickly.Including with the application. And now it's unrealistic. Work on it, otherwise you will not only not get new subscribers, but also lose old ones! And take these fucking duck stories away with the rescuers! I recently grabbed a life hack!
