Удивительно, но в интернете столько негатива об этом провайдере. Решил по пробывать на своей шкуре и поставил интернет оптику в частный дом. Месяц уже как стоит и только сказать могу одно, ема мае оказывается можно качать 30гб за 15 минут и играть с пингом 80 и он стабильно работает, тфю тфю без провалов..... В общем доволен и отказался от казактелекома..... Играю, смотрю фильмы 4к и многое другое, все седят домашние на нем и даже не заметно, что куча народу....

Не очень доволен сервисом этого провайдера. Они не особо помогли мне с настройкой роутера (сам разорался) и не отвечают на мои вопросы... Но есть одно преимущество - у меня теперь быстрый и стабильный интернет. Провели оптоволокно в мой частный дом и теперь могу смотреть видео и играть в онлайн-игры без задержек и сбоев.

Добрый день! Номера тех поддеркжи не существуют. В связи с отьездом не платил два месяца. Вернулся хотел оплатить а у меня на счету -14000. Получается у меня списывали эти два месяца отсутствующие деньги? И чтобы начать пользоваться мне нужно оплатить за 3 месяца? Хотя на 2 месяца вы мне отключили интернет.

Это жесть, а не провайдер. Я такого не встречал уже очень и очень давно (причем в разных городах и странах). Персонал некомпетентен от слова совсем. Персональный менеджер может только красиво говорить и обещать, а по факту ничего не делать. Уровень квалификации и знаний тех. поддержки может сравниться с обычным юзером. Уже неделю не могут осуществить подключение к интернету, при том что я уже самостоятельно все сделал и настроил. Не могут у себя в программе изменить параметры и абонентские данные. Трубку персональный менеджер не берет, тех. поддержка отправляет к нему, замкнутый круг. Главное договор и счет на оплату составили за полчаса. И самое печальное, никто не говорит номер телефона или почты руководителей. Думаю, может стоит уже в офис к ним заехать и там побеседовать с начальством. Один бал это за слухи о том, что качество связи хорошее (по разговорам соседей). Хотя оценка связи скорее качество субъективное. Но качество сервиса стремится к нулю.

Отвратительный провайдер.
Никому не советую.
Лучше купить 4g роутер мобильного оператора, чем пользоваться этим.
Неоднократные звонки в техподдержку. Менеджеры постоянно заняты и никогда не перезванивают. Технический специалист не может решать 90% вопросов, а отвечает по телефону только он.
Если вы хотите потратить время и деньги и получить шиш с маслом то вам сюда.
Последний случай такой: оплатил интернет 30 числа, 20 числа (через 20 дней мне его отключили). Пишут, что нужно оплатить.
Звоню, менеджеры ночью не отвечают, тех поддержка подключить интернет не может.
Просят подождать и позвонить с утра или положить деньги и потом разбираться с менеджером, которые, как показывает практика по прошлым происшествиям не отвечают.
Даже в ларьках на вокзале обслуживание лучше.
