Нужно было на стакане сделать гравировку, показала рисунок, он сложный,но молодой человек сказал, что через 2 дня будет готова гравировка .Проходит 2 дня,молчание...Звоню сама, говорит завтра будет готов. Отлично! Едем! И в пути нам звонит тот самый молодой человек и говорит, что не получается сделать . Жесть.Неприятненько, конечно. Почему нельзя было сразу сказать, что может не получиться???? Ехали из Воскресенска в Коломну. Не советую обращаться данную организацию.
