It's a cool, stylish place, and I think it's the best billiard room in our city! We often come to spend time with friends, good tables, the staff is always smiling and helpful, will help and explain if you have any questions, the atmosphere and music are relaxing and pleasant. It's great that there are additional entertainment options, and we come with the guys to watch sports broadcasts, play on the console, and smoke hookah. I recommend it!) P.S. by the way, a man also approached us with an offer to taste the drinks of the establishment (this is the director of the club, so the previous comment made us laugh :)), very quickly, courteously, in a good mood, only positive impressions remained. I really liked the pistachio tincture!

We always go to Megapool to play billiards on weekends. Everything is fine: tables, music, kitchen. But there is a big problem — the man who introduces himself as the director. He constantly approaches the guests for no reason, tries to force a conversation, says something inappropriate and stands next to them, creating discomfort. His presence is intrusive and interferes with private relaxation. It is a pity that because of one person you have to think about changing your favorite place. We ask the management to pay attention to his behavior.

The atmosphere is cozy, the tables are in excellent condition, and it's a pleasure to play. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The bar has various drinks and snacks, which is nice. Hookah is especially worth a try. They skillfully select a fortress, so that everyone can find something to suit their taste. In general, if you love hookahs, you will definitely not be disappointed here! I recommend everything!!!

A great billiard club with lots of entertainment! The main audience is young people. The staff is very polite and attentive. I was especially pleased with the quality of the hookah, a master of his craft. In addition to billiards, you can have a great time here: watch football matches on big screens, play PS5 or darts. There are plenty of billiard tables, but I recommend booking in advance for weekends. The prices are quite reasonable. Definitely recommend it for a vacation with friends!

It's a cool place. There are nine pool tables, there are darts, hookahs, plasma and beer. The bartender is friendly. However, a little hindrance was a tipsy lady who stuck to us and talked arm in arm for a while. So, in general, the atmosphere is good, quite meditative, as it should be for billiards. We went on a weekday, around eight o'clock. Only two tables were occupied.

The service staff is at the level of the coffee shop! the hookah was waited for 30 minutes, with the workload of the establishment 2 out of 10. The staff members want to leave the best, it feels like they have prevented rest at the workplace. There is no interest in the guests of the establishment. There is no desire to visit this place anymore.

In summer, it is impossible to stay there, you feel like you are in a steam room after half an hour. It is strange that this moment is not resolved in any way.

It's nice when the place has a good renovation. +you can come almost at any time +pleasant music Because of these advantages, I come there periodically with my family and friends.; But, now the main disadvantage: - Maintenance staff(but not all of them, but individual people) : Usually, when you come to such establishments, you expect to be treated like a dear guest. But perhaps this happens selectively here, and depends on the mood of the staff.; Situation: we came with friends, three tables are free, but they tell us that there are no seats; we ask why, they say that there is a reservation, we ask again-a reservation for how long? they say in an hour; we say that an hour is enough for us to play, they let us in on the condition that we leave when those who booked arrive; as a result, we played for 3 hours, because no one came to the reserved tables. In this situation, I was struck by the fact that we, the clients, were trying to find an opportunity to use the service, while the staff didn't care at all whether we stayed or not; 0% interest in the customer base; I think if the owner of the establishment had seen this situation, he would have "appreciated" it… The next point: we recently came to play. Perhaps the employee was not in the mood, so there was a dismissive attitude in the conversation and the fact that you were not particularly welcome here. There's a human factor here, you can understand, anything happens, but still it's not pleasant when you have to be under the displeased gaze of an employee, in a place where you came to have fun and relax... Plus they kicked you out after 23, because my brother was with us, who was 12 (didn't bother anyone), didn't even after asking for any documents... although we were ready to play for another half hour; according to the law, we had the right to be there because we are adult escorts with the permission of our parents, but apparently they were not particularly interested in the profits of the institution again; and after they approached us with a dissatisfied look, the desire to stay disappeared.! An important point: in this institution, prices for the game are periodically raised (from the previous 10 rubles increased to 18), I have nothing against this, I am an entrepreneur myself. And I am always happy to pay for any well-rendered service. But… Conclusion: if you raise prices for services, then it would not be bad to match, and at least greet guests with a smile.; P.S. This review is purely subjective =) and is written with the aim of giving useful feedback, rather than offending or complaining about some individual employees. 2 ⭐️ just to get this review noticed, otherwise I would have put 3😊 In any case, we had a very good time, but not without precipitation. The billiards itself is normal, the tables/cues/balls are in good condition. The billiard menu is also acceptable. On the downside: the staff turns on the music at the volume of the nightclub, so you can't hear yourself, and your partner has to yell. They refuse to turn it down, they offer to change the table, which is very strange. Hosts, if you read the reviews, I advise you to react - in such places, music should be barely audible in the background and give people the opportunity to enjoy the game and socialize. The tables are cramped, but this is tolerable - the people are polite, they give in to each other, if necessary, they strike from an intersecting point.

The place is excellent, billiards is the best in Vitebsk, but there is one big one, BUT out of 5 times that occupied a table for watching football matches, 4 times the table was not reserved and we had to look for seats earlier each time the reservation of tables was 10 days in advance, but for some reason when they arrived there was no reservation…
