I made an order to print 8 posters. Some on poster paper, some on watman. I arrived on Thursday, they said it would be ready on Tuesday because there are a lot of orders. To which I reacted with understanding, I have an exam on Wednesday and I was on time. But, unfortunately, when they brought me my seal, it was just disgusting. They brought it to me at about 6 p.m. I don't have time to reprint it anywhere.It's more or less on poster paper, but on Whatman - it's terrible! My sketch didn't match the result on paper at all. Although, I printed in another copy center and everything turned out great there, but here it's just terrible. Instead of the color one, I got a black print. I wrote to them with a complaint, and I got a call from a man who started hitting on me and talking rudely. Accusing me of being my fault. Saying that I'm the only one who complains. It's just that others are silent. Without offering to find a compromise, he continued to make me feel guilty.Terrible service. Some of the staff at the service allowed themselves to cry, "show their character," say obscene words and freak out in front of customers. I would have been fired for that at work. I hope you will reconsider your mistakes.
