We stayed at the Megasaray Westbeach Antalya Hotel from April 29 to May 4, 2024. The impressions are not the most pleasant. On the one hand, the reception staff, security guards, waiters are very polite and helpful, and on the other hand, room cleaning is terrible! Somehow! The dishes are not washed, the filling of the bar is on reminder. The toilet does not flush, there is no freshness from cleaning, the sink is dirty. A "polite" employee of the "welcome" department tried to explain that the "cleaning" of the rooms is carried out from 8 to 16 o'clock, and if we did not put a tag on the door asking them to clean, then they will do the cleaning at any time convenient for them. Cleaning: vacuum cleaner - sometimes, replacement of shampoos, soaps, shower gels - not once in a week. The towels are so washed that it's even kind of a shame to use them. There is a lot of food and always! Chefs are beyond praise! Entertainment evenings are a farm, of course, but always. No one tries except the cooks and waiters. The beach is a 15-minute walk across the road to the west. There is a shuttle, it runs according to schedule. There is a bar on the beach, there are no questions or comments to them.

A very ambiguous and subjective opinion. Good location of the hotel; I think this area in Antalya is the best (clean sea, good infrastructure and transport accessibility). The hotel is not new, already with signs of fatigue. It turns out very funny by the numbers: if you choose a room with a sea view, you have to pay extra, which would seem logical, but you get a bonus noise until one o'clock in the morning from karaoke on the embankment or hotel evening shows. Rooms with mountain views are not on the sunny side (dark) with views on low floors of residential buildings or the roof of the second floor of the hotel. In terms of food, everything is OK, you will not stay hungry, the choice is very good, and the food is of high quality; there is a beach (at some distance from the hotel with a cafe / bar area). I won't tell you about alcohol, I didn't take alcoholic beverages, but we learned how to make coffee in a coffee shop suitable for consumption (we were always overheating). As for the cons - check-in and management. This is a song, you can find a good review on the booking about the found syringe... in general, I had an incident with the check-in: the room was provided that did not correspond to the stated characteristics and tried in every possible way to convince me that I was wrong, and everything was clear at the hotel. A refrigerator that doesn't work actually works, it just doesn't have to cool much. On the argument: it is not connected at all, it does not make noise... Well, OK, we'll check it out. You have separate beds, well, this is generally an option and we are not obliged to do anything, contact the travel agency where you booked; so we booked directly, we say.... Well, then... come at 8:30 to talk with the manager (at 1:00). They couldn't turn on the shower, the watering can, well, you just don't have enough power to turn it on, here you look (video shows), our employee did everything... Does not soar them, which I should be able to do without calling an employee)). We changed the room where everything works and the shower turns on without the help of an employee. With all the negative aspects with the settlement in general, the norms are at the prices of the end of October 2023.

The room is not new, there are minor flaws, but you don't pay attention to it, because everything else is fine on 💯%: • cleaning - once they asked the guest relation to clean at a certain time in the morning, and everything is clear, every day at the same time. !Super! • towels were changed every day, • the air conditioner worked and was adjusted as we needed, • the minibar was replenished daily, • Soap accessories were also available. The room has a small balcony (French), but there is a clothes dryer on it. Comfortable. An iron can be brought to the room upon request, this service is free of charge. A playpen, baby bedding, a bathtub, bathing accessories and a washcloth were brought for the baby. Please note that the rooms with sea views overlook the stage where the evening shows take place. Glazing, of course, reduces noise, but still audible. It didn't cause us much discomfort, but once we couldn't sleep when there was karaoke. Some of the guests are such singers... But the view of the sea is simple, you can be patient for this. nutrition: Everything was fine with us, there are packaged juices, fruits. The only disadvantage specifically for us is the lack of baby food. We were taking canned food with us, and the restaurant staff warmed it up for us. The BEACH is quite close to the hotel. There is a shuttle every 20 minutes or you can walk by yourself for 15-20 minutes. On the beach you can order food and drinks, there is ice cream. The hotel has practically no territory, but it is a city hotel, opposite there is a large embankment with a promenade, cafes and bike paths. You can easily get to the center of Antalya, Duden and large shopping centers. The fare is 15 lire. There is ANIMATION, but we didn't go (we only heard :-)), so I can't say anything. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of Guest Relation, namely Altynai. Any request was fulfilled in a matter of seconds, and it also helped to extend the room for free. It is clear that people are interested in making the customer satisfied with the service. Indeed, I would like to return to this hotel again. Last summer we vacationed in Belconty, everything is on stream there, there is no soul, requests are simply ignored, if you leave, it's okay, others will come. There is no such thing here, you feel welcome. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel for this!
