When I go to a hardware store I know what I'm looking for, and MegaStroy had everything I was looking for when I went. For what is needed in Astana, they have it. I would love if there was another store south of the city so it would make it easier to get to, but regardless I was very satisfied with the selection once I got there. The employees in each section would approach me and ask if I needed help or suggestions, which is indicative of a customer oriented store. The parking lot is a complete mess since it is shared with other businesses, but that is more of a warning to shoppers to arrive early rather than a negative on the store itself.

Excellent building materials store. The price-quality correspondence. Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. In the tile department, my favorite consultant is Victoria. A very nice girl, she messed with me for a long time, offered several designs with tiles that I chose, explained everything, showed and told. Service 10/10
