После внимательного изучения отзывов я пришла к выводу, что проблема, с которой я столкнулась, остаётся нерешённой уже на протяжении года. Ассортимент товаров невелик, а цены оставляют желать лучшего. Однако наибольшее разочарование вызывает качество обслуживания, особенно со стороны директора магазина Татьяны Алексеевны Косолаповой. К сожалению, мой последний визит в магазин привёл к конфликту, возникшему буквально на пустом месте. Вместо того чтобы попытаться разрешить нашу проблему, Татьяна Алексеевна предпочла высказать всё, что думает, мотивируя это нежеланием молчать, когда есть что сказать. Возникает вопрос: является ли такой подход эффективным способом взаимодействия с клиентами? Я в этом не уверена. Прошу вас напомнить вашему персоналу о том, как следует общаться с покупателями.

Хороший магазин. Большой ассортимент товаров. Много чего можно купить для ремонта и дома. Если нет в магазине, то можно сделать заказ. Также продаются живые комнатные цветы.
