My wife left a review, but no one can see it except her. Therefore, I duplicate it verbatim.
I don't recommend it at all.
She underwent a course of laser hair removal for a year (9 sessions)
The first one was done well (I don't remember the name of the master), the next 7, with master Natalia, did not give any result. I went to another master, Victoria, in the same studio. The result appeared. She performed hair removal in a completely different way: she was not distracted by conversations, asked what it felt like, and did not hurt. Before that, it was completely the opposite.
Victoria confirmed that there should not be so much hair on the 9th procedure, that they were given less time than necessary. I started comparing and found out that, after all, everything was completely wrong.
After this session, I turned to the studio administrator, explained the situation, asked for a discount, hoping for attention from the studio and an adequate solution to this issue. She said she would call the director, and I asked her to call me back after that. There was no call. Two weeks later, the studio called, another administrator, I asked if my question had been solved with a discount, there were no notes. She told me everything again. I said that I would take a subscription for 5 sessions and I want a discount.
They offered a 15% discount, saying it was 45% (but 30 of them were already included in the price list initially). I paid 1096 rubles for these 7 unsuccessful sessions. It turns out that they offered a discount of 105p for just spending the money. I said that I was not satisfied with this and asked to do 2-3 of these 5 new sessions for free. After an hour or two, they wrote to me "The Master worked strictly according to protocol" and offered another option: to pay 700 rubles for 5 sessions and only after that they would "give" me 2 more. I think it's ridiculous to cram a 700p subscription into a client who is upset about the lack of a result.
According to the protocol? Funny… what does it say in this protocol? And why, if the masters work on it, the procedure and the result are so different…
I had to explain in the message again why this does not suit me, but it is less pleasant. To which I was answered, I quote:
"Ekaterina, it is very important for us that your impression of our studio is positive. We offer you a free session of the "Full Body Maximum" package. We believe that this session will help you see the result and make an informed decision about further procedures. You can continue to buy the course, you can not - as it will be convenient. We will be glad to continue taking care of you!"
Question... what was it then, 7 sessions in a row out of 9, and why didn't I see the result?
As for me, it's just pulling money and divorcing a client. The studio and its director will not be on your side, and will try to get more out of you through the administrator, even if you are not happy. I do not accuse Master Victoria of anything, apparently, she is the only one who does not participate in this theater of the absurd.
