For 10 years I have been buying shoes here with my whole family and relatives, and for the first time I came across such a situation that the sneakers did not fit after fitting and putting them on at home when I first went outside. I went to the store with this implicit problem, gave the shoes for examination, the problem was identified and the money was refunded. But the overall level of service at the same time, and indeed in the store, has become simply terrible. They communicate "through their lips", not a word of apology for the problems and inconveniences, I have not seen the management, these people are probably afraid to receive another portion of well-deserved reprimands due to such a quality of service. In general, after such an experience and a complete lack of interest in the client, I leave for competitors, fortunately there are many of them! P.S.: the robot also writes the answer to my review, it's just that this organization has become a disgrace now!!!
