We came in a good mood and were choosing winter shoes with our daughter. The girl at the checkout was tense and very unfriendly, answering the most common questions about discounts and bonuses for regular customers in a rude tone. It seemed that no one in the store was interested in selling. I also mean the man in the department. Politeness and patient attitude towards customers are not the main thing here. They left disappointed with no purchases.

By the way, I came in around two o'clock in the afternoon, not in the morning. Why this shoe delivery quest? An unpleasant impression remained. I'm definitely not going to this store.
