I placed an online order (sandals), at the checkout on 07/14/2025 at about 18 o'clock the guy gave out boxes and did not specify if I had socks / footprints for fitting and whether I needed to purchase /give them out. I sat down, opened the boxes calmly, and hadn't even picked up a couple yet, when I noticed an unpleasant, oblique, attentive look from the seller (a blonde girl), like a security guard trying to prevent theft. I try it on, go to the mirror. And I hear a quiet appeal from a distance of several meters, it's not clear to anyone that if the fitting is without traces, the pair needs to be redeemed. I ask if they can be purchased at the checkout, and I send my husband there. The question is, why does the seller, when issuing an online order, not inform about the fitting in the footprints? Why do consultants walk around and look askance, complaining about what SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE, and not prompting BEFORE fitting about the need for both? After all, she saw that I had sandals! She could come up, say hello, and tell me about the fitting rules. Instead of waiting for mistakes and arrogantly/rudely expressing yourself from afar! Or does the client need to train the employee in ethics and customer service?
