At the same time, the consultants saw everything, the girls just went to the back room and back, chatted sweetly at the checkout, the guy was winding circles around the hall. At this point, the question arises, what are the consultants in the room for? It wasn't difficult for me to call them, but in general their job is to help a person make a choice, suggest something and take the initiative to sell on their own. 2) Already paying at the checkout, I was informed that there is a 50% discount on the second pair. A very "timely" notification, after which, of course, I did not run to look for a second pair of shoes. Again, the question is that the consultants did not suggest this earlier. I wish your business only prosperity, but for this it is necessary to train employees to interact with customers.
