The quality of service leaves much to be desired. Sellers are not customer-oriented, and they are not interested in helping. I like the shoes, even though everything happens, but the staff doesn't. Benevolence on the face, only when selling, and when problems arise: "we don't know anything, we can't help in any way," thank you for not openly sending. I think the management should pay more attention to the knowledge of the sellers' legal framework and algorithms for solving certain problems.
