The range of shoes and prices are quite decent, but the level of customer service leaves much to be desired, the girls at the checkout are looking unhappy. I was buying a handbag, ankle boots and a purse, and decided to check with the cashier about the promotion that was indicated on the sign next to the cash register 3 = 2, to which the cashier replied in a rude tone that there was no such promotion.

The store itself is not bad, the selection is large, but the service at the checkout is poor, the shoes are not checked, they count as if they came home to them, they are not happy if they ask something, they review each other with a grin, they do not know their work duties at all!

The store did not leave the most pleasant impressions. We ordered a pair of shoes for pickup, as a result, there was only one sneaker in the box. the second one probably had to be searched for independently. the grommet was torn off on another pair of shoes, which was reported at the checkout, because this is a fairly obvious defect that spoils the appearance of the product. this couple was put on display again. thank you for at least telling me where to find such a pair of shoes in other stores. In general, the store is very narrow and there is little space for fitting shoes. some mirrors are filled with boxes, it is impossible to see how the model sits.
