Of the three visits, they left twice with a negative: the first time at the checkout, when they paid for the purchase, instead of explaining the terms of the promotion, the seller answered the question about the discount: "how much do you need?". The detailed terms of the promotion were written in small print on advertising posters in the store. And we weren't the only ones standing in line at the checkout with our purchases in ignorance. I had to apply for a refund (I want to note that my husband and I were initially in a good mood, because everything happens), the girls communicated very unkindly. Instead of explaining what happened to the shoes, it sounded like they will return everything to you now. She turned away and left. We stand and wait - it turns out that we had to contact the next cashier again. Communication with us was extremely unfriendly, as if we were guilty of something.We thought about choosing another pair in return, but at the same time turning our noses away, they returned the money and left.

Victoria began to show discontent, irritation, and neglect after a while. I'm not sure if it was caused by something specific, but the feeling that you were being mentally slandered and wanted to get rid of it as soon as possible persisted for a long time and discouraged any desire to visit this department in the future. Unfortunately, I can't tell you the exact date of the visit, as I tried to forget about this incident, but it didn't work out.
