Good evening.Just yesterday, I went to the store to buy shoes for the children at school.having selected 7 pairs of shoes for fitting, 2 of which were bought.The bottom line is that I took 4 pairs of shoes myself . I asked the sales consultant to arrange the other three.I asked politely, because I was in a hurry.to which I received an answer that it was a self-service store and that all the shoes were black and that she couldn't figure out what to put where.To which I asked, why are you sales consultants?Don't you really work with people and help them choose your products?to which I only heard sighs in response. To be honest, it was very unpleasant. I would just like to know, really, what are your requirements from sellers?What are their responsibilities? And next time, I'll think a hundred times about going shopping there or not.
