Honeslty I recently visited a shop where the cashiers were rude, and the staff displayed disrespectful behavior towards customers. It's disheartening to see that there is a lack of respect for the owner, who works diligently to provide the best service possible. The staff's behavior creates a tense atmosphere for customers, and the hygiene standards are unacceptable. It's concerning that employees handle cash and food items without proper hygiene practices, putting customers' health at risk. The owner is a commendable person, and I believe he should consider replacing the staff to rebuild trust with both new and existing customers. There appears to be a complete disregard for etiquette and hygiene standards. It's particularly alarming that customers are treated poorly, especially when they are paying in cash. Staff members who disrespect customers should be held accountable and dismissed if necessary. If a worker fails to package purchased products or does not assist customers properly, one must question their role in the store. Implementing electronic payment systems could help eliminate unproductive staff members. Why should customers feel anxious while shopping? It's unacceptable that demanding proper service makes customers appear unpleasant in the eyes of the staff. If employees are unhappy, they should consider leaving instead of causing distress to customers. Worldwide, even in large supermarkets, staff engage politely with customers and bid farewell with a smile, leaving a positive impression. No one wants to have their shopping experience ruined by an employee's bad attitude. I hope that proper measures will be taken to address these issues and improve the overall experience for customers.
