Great place for work! Furnished offices, nice views and it’s close to the metro stations, to the famous places, for example to the TV tower.
Also it’s not too far from the city centre.

The business center does not correspond to the concepts of a modern office:
1. There is no modern climate control system: in summer, icy air blows from the general system, in winter it is hot, it cannot be adjusted individually
2. Tashkent is among the top cities in the world for the dirtiest air in winter, while there are no filters, air purification, and ventilation
3. Poor repair in bathrooms, problems with draining water
4. The Internet stops working several times a month, there are no normal providers in the building
5. The only cafe in the entire business center with very mediocre coffee and lunch boxes heated in the microwave. If you want a normal lunch, you will have to drive or walk for 15 minutes.
6. Elevators periodically get stuck
7. Events are periodically organized on the territory, as a result, there is a traffic jam at the entrance
In total, if earlier there really was nothing to choose from in Tashkent, now there are much more worthy alternatives

На сегодняшний день самый топовый бизнес-центр, где располагаются офисы крупных международных компаний. Месторасположение идеальное, полно стояночных мест для гостей и арендаторов. Вежливый персонал и одна из лучших и продуманных систем охраны (безопасности)

Большой и солидный бизнес центр в городе. Долгое время являлся визитной карточкой Ташкента, проводятся серьёзные международные мероприятия. Рядом большая гостиница и банк. Есть большая внешняя парковка, что очень круто для центра города. Кроме того есть подземная парковка для арендаторов, что удобно в жару и холод. Конечно же, за дополнительную оплату.

- Low-quality repairs in the premises themselves from the 2000s.
- Regular congestion at the entrance.
- Lack of power points in the foreseeable vicinity.
- High rental rates.
If such price tags are assigned, then the quality must somehow match.

Чисто, удобно, практично. Персонал вежливый. Посещаю в этом центре узбекско-японской центр. Немного неудобно, что каждый раз нужно заново регистрироваться, чтобы пройти "воротца".

Это ит парк Узбекистана. Наш Москва-сити сильно уступает по качеству офисов. Парк с туями и фонтанами (правда их включат к маю). Рядом много кафе и прямо совсем рядом метро (1 400 сум). 10 руб примерно за проезд. Много кафе рядом и близко к совсем центру. Из оконоядом телебашня.
