However, in the end, I had to solve the problem, not them. I also note that their prices are not the highest on the market. The essence of the problem: They brought me a bedside table, but the shelves didn't fit it — they just wouldn't fit. To get a replacement, I had to arrange "dancing with a tambourine" to photograph the marriage, take measurements with a tape measure, and send all this to their website. No one has been answering the site for weeks, and they don't take their phones. As a result, I waited three months for new shelves. After the intervention of the supervisor, they were finally brought in, but they did not fit again! Separately, the delivery time is surprising — on Friday at 23:15. I offered a compromise: give me a discount on the next order. However, the discount offered turned out to be less than the shipping cost. As a result, I had to pay extra for shipping for their marriage. This is simply unacceptable.
