I want to share my experience of treatment in this clinic. I was treated here for a month, preparing for the installation of braces. During this time, I was diagnosed, including an X-ray; caries was treated, and hygiene was carried out at the end. I already wanted to make an appointment with an orthodontist, too. However, in the course of treatment, serious shortcomings came to light, which forced me to turn to another clinic. Firstly, some time after the end of the entire treatment, I had pus in my tooth, which was the very first thing done. I talked to the doctor, expressing my opinion that this could be due to inattention at the stage of diagnosis or treatment. The doctor argued that the situation was unpredictable, and I am ready to accept this as a possible option. However, this made me doubt the quality of the survey. Secondly, in TWO clinics where I went because of pus (1 clinic found her urgently on Sunday, and 2 clinic chose her to manage my case), a serious defect was discovered — a cyst on one of the teeth, which was not noticed in this clinic. A cyst is a contraindication for orthodontic treatment, and if it weren't for the pus, I would have gone as far as installing braces, which could have led to serious consequences. Thirdly, it also turned out that I still had untreated areas of caries that had not been previously identified. These problems should have been fixed before the start of orthodontic treatment. As a result, I would have been sent for braces with cysts and untreated caries, which is unacceptable from the point of view of quality and safety of treatment. I hope that the clinic will pay attention to this case in order to improve the diagnosis and monitoring of patients' condition. I believe that such mistakes could have been prevented with a more careful approach.
