Friends, the Melia Koh Samui Hotel leaves a pleasant impression. Yes, of course, the breakfasts are beyond praise - there is everything from red fish and freshly squeezed juices to ice cream. The territory is well maintained and picturesque. There are many places for relaxation and relaxing time. The rooms are in good condition, there is a good gym, billiards, table tennis, etc. The service is great, corresponding to a high-level hotel, the staff tries their best to create a positive vibe for the guests!!! If you are looking for activities and evening shows, this is clearly not the place for you, here is silence, peace and complete relaxation. The entrance to the sea is shallow, which is convenient especially if you are with small children. You can walk along the seashore, it's very cool early in the morning, when it's not hot yet. Thus, everything is fine if we consider this option for a quiet family or romantic vacation at sea!

A very decent hotel, everything in it is well thought out, style is maintained, I liked the unusual architecture of the hotel with suites in the form of boat houses and a pool running along the buildings, where there is always an opportunity to hide in the shade. The main pool with sofas and sun beds with pillows will not leave anyone indifferent. The service, thought out to the last detail, multiplied by the beautiful well-groomed territory of the hotel, is captivating. If you are looking for a place for outdoor activities, then definitely not here. There is peace and quiet here, in the evenings the program is only 2 hours a week, and it is organized on the beach. But in my opinion, the prices in the only restaurant are too high, even for the daytime and children's menus. An unpleasant moment is the collection of a mandatory deposit upon arrival of 2 thousand baht multiplied by the number of days of stay. But this has unfortunately become the norm in all Thai hotels.

The main disadvantage. No one except the maid greeted, when asked about boats, the staff pretended that they did not understand anything and just waved "the boats are there", when there are no boats, they left for a month for maintenance. - the territory of the hotel is covered with bridges, by the time you reach the beach / pool you will be tired - we took a deposit of $ 300, when in another 5 * we limited ourselves to checking the card for solvency. As a result, we will not return anymore

A good hotel is unusually elongated, but you get used to it quickly. The whole hotel is in the style of fishing schooners. There is a swimming pool with warm water along the entire building of the hotel. In the evenings, dinner tours take place on the shore. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the food is several times higher than on street foodcords. I recommend it to everyone, I put 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ and by the way, the breakfasts are excellent even though we are on the island.

The small and elongated territory , a huge number of children , the hotel is clearly for families with children , so you can forget about silence and relaxation . Upon arrival, no one met, the suitcases were taken to the reception - they carried them themselves. The staff stood aside and silently watched as we carried our suitcases. The room is white and black with dirty doors, the corridor of the room is very narrow and dark (there is clearly not enough light). The room is of sufficient size , but patched ( old and scratchy furniture ) . The lagoon pool is dirty and covered in shrub leaves, children's snot and I think babies' urine, as they swim with moms without diapers!!! The beach line is narrow , there is almost no beach at the hotel and it is very shallow!!! There are a maximum of 5-7 sun beds, it is necessary to occupy them from 12 at night , the restaurant on the beach is one and small , the service is long . We left the hotel the next day in complete horror and moved to Centara.
