I am disappointed with the work of Master Meline. I was lightening my hair — the master was constantly distracted, drinking tea, chatting with colleagues and working extremely slowly. I prepared the clarifier three times, did not calculate the amount, or did everything at random. But when I said it had been a long time, she pointed out that my hair had terrible dye that wouldn't lighten. And the fact that she applied it all unrealistically slowly is, of course, a trifle. The result is ruined hair and wasted time. I turned to another master, and he said that it can only be cut. The hair is destroyed. The salon remained in the 00s, or rather, the attitude towards the client. In the end, I said I wasn't happy, and they started trying to convince me that everything was fine, and I just didn't understand (I didn't see). Just for comparison, there was a case in another salon, the master also saw that I didn't like something (the Mood salon) tried to fix it, but there wasn't. Psychological pressure began in my direction, which I did not say, and I was 10 in response, saying that she had done her job well and it was confirmed by the entire salon. After spending 7 hours in the salon, I naturally didn't want to waste my time listening to their persuasions. I tried to pay as quickly as possible and get out, but I didn't notice how I accidentally gave 40,000 instead of 50,000 (by the way, yes, I paid that much for ruined hair and a terrible blonde). The administrator made a very rude remark to me, as if I was trying to deceive them (although those who are willing to pay 50,000, it is logical to save on 10k or even more so will not cheat). I added 10 points, apologized, asked her to count it, and she counted it with a haughtily pale face, putting me in a worse position... Anyway, I came out with ruined hair and a ruined mood.
