The service horrified me. I haven't seen this before. It was in the morning, around 9:00, there was no one in the pharmacy from the visitors and there was no one behind the counter either when I went in. I am a patient person, I can wait, I always treat such situations calmly, but there is a limit to everything. I waited for 5 minutes, no one came out to me, I made myself known, but again they did not come out to me. But the staff could be heard outside the door, and one woman said, "I didn't hear anyone come in." But they didn't come out to me after that phrase either. I waited another 2 minutes and already asked them directly through the door if they had what I needed. As a result, I was answered through a closed door and no one even bothered to leave. I am very disappointed with the service, I will avoid this place.
